@ccimhealth we discuss important features about your immune system and how to make your #immune system more effective at protecting you from #viral infection including covid19. There's evidence that people who never were exposed to the #covid19 virus can still yet have an inflammatory response to it.

As data start to accumulate on the detection and characterization of #SARSCoV2 T cell responses in humans, a surprising finding has been reported: lymphocytes from 20–50% of unexposed donors display significant reactivity to #SARS-CoV-2 antigen peptide pools.

In a study by Grifoni et al.1, reactivity was detected in 50% of donor blood samples obtained in the #USA between 2015 and 2018, before SARS-CoV-2 appeared in the human population. T cell reactivity was highest against proteins other than the coronavirus spike protein, but T cell reactivity was also detected against spike. The SARS-CoV-2 T cell reactivity was mostly associated with CD4+ T cells, with a smaller contribution by CD8+ T cells.

What are the tools we can use to improve our immune function against #viral infe

What are the tools we can use to improve our immune function against #viral infection? We have a big tool kit, from pharmaceuticals like #Tamiflu which decrease our infectivity, to herbal treatments like olive leaf which have anti-viral effects, to essential oils like lemonbalm which inhibit viral protein translation, and even immuno modulators like #hydroxychloroquine (which has too many potential side effects to use routinely), we have a large tool kit. We also use #VitaminC, in IV form, high dose, which also is shown to be anti-viral. We will work hard to treat the flu, EBV, herpes, the common cold, and even #coronavirus, thats our committment to you!

Vitamin C Is an Essential Factor on the Anti-viral Immune Responses through the Production of Interferon-α/β at the Initial Stage of Influenza A Virus (H3N2) Infection

L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is one of the well-known anti-viral agents, especially to influenza virus. Since the in vivo anti-viral effect is still controversial, we investigated whether vitamin C could regulate influenza virus infection in vivo by using …
