Internal Medicine component of the visit is covered by PPO insurance (BCBS, Federal, Coventry, Amerigroup, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare)

Integrative Medicine component of the visit is NOT covered by insurance. We charge integrative medicine copays of:

    • Labrix: $300 for Brain Chemistry Testing (except for Medicare, which completely covers Brain Chemistry Testing)
    • Doctors Data: $60 for hair toxin and nutrient testing
    • Labcorp: covered by most insurances, depending on your deductible and coding
